the only reason that this restaurant gets any credit is because of the food and the lovely atmosphere and workers, however there is a downside to this restaurant. I used to work here, and was let go because i was seeking additional employment, 2 of my friends were also working there at the time and were let go because i had been. Andrew, the owner, unfairly fired 3 teens for no reason in particular. Along with this, he was often rude to the lovely chefs who worked there, he was extremely unprofessional in managing the store. When i discussed getting additional employment with him, he said it was fine and then a week later he told me i was fired. Everybody who worked at siam twist was lovely and all of the regular customers were wonderful, however working here was a poor first working experience.

My first pick for coffee anywhere in Canberra. Consistently good and Andrew will make it exactly how you ask. The Thai food is delicious. Lots of fresh veggies, lots of flavour. The place is a hit with everyone I take there. Our favourite dishes are massaman beef, chilli basil stir fry, salt and pepper tofu and the curry puffs. We always leave room for fried ice-cream.

Delicious Asian food with affordable prices, found in the suburb of Hackett. Pad Thai & prawns cakes are my go to dishes. Family friendly with ample parking nearby.

Duck and pork to die for. Excellent coffee. Herby scrambled eggs are a great start to the day. Wonderful staff. BYO.

The food was so so, could have been better. The owner was very odd and came across very rude.
