Was seated, however we asked for another empty table as it was an anniversary dinner, was told that it was not made when we could clearly see it was and it was not reserved. Then I have been waiting 30 mins for water.. bloody table water!. Finally got it after asking a few times to the same waiter. Got a dish that wasnt ours then we retold the waiter that our dishes were #XX and #XX The serving was the size of a palm for a dish that cost $18. The same to our other dish, the size of a small dessert bowl for icecream. Service horrible, would not recommend.
We waited over one hour just for our entree, after we kept asking we wete told that the chicken satay skewers take too long, then they appeared within minutes. Waited another 40 minutes for the mains, had to get up and ask for at least stream rice for my children. When I paid the bill no apologies were given, then complained to the manager who said "it gets to busy" all I needed was one "sorry we kept you waiting that long".
Quality & taste of the food is amazing, probably 9/10. Customer service for a dine in meal is lacking though 5/10. Portion sizes are also lacking, have had consistent issues with half to three quarter full containers, although following a complaint on one occasion they did give me a free meal. Based on the quality of the food, we often get takeaway, and certainly recommend giving them a try.
Perhaps it was because it was a Sunday, bit the restaurant was very quiet - perhaps too quiet, and was desperately in need of some character. The food was good, and the service excellent, but our table reached the stage of almost whispering to avoid appearing too loud. Will have to visit again on a Friday or Saturday.
Eight of us went there last night. The service was great and we were looked after beautifully. The food was wonderful, especially the Duck Spring Rolls and Crispy Pork Belly. Actually it was all really good. We happily recommend it.
We ordered the banquet and after waiting 1 hour for food we asked if it was going to be much longer and were told "soon" - 15 minutes later we simply got up and left as nothing had been brought out.
Waited 45 minutes after being told 15 with no apology, for the worst Thai food I have ever tasted. I have had bad before but this takes the award for the worst
Service was fine for lunch, and the dishes ordered by our enormous group were all nice. I ordered the pad Thai. It was fine, but too sweet and not to my taste.
Nice and consistent with their service and their dishes. Nice soft meat in the mussamum beef, and my favourite pad thai in Canberra.
Worst thai experience ever and salty food..waited for 1 stir fry for half hr..pls go elsewhere to eat authentic thai food.
Delicious food, good value. I ordered the Jungle Curry, was pretty hot, but I would have liked hotter.
Great time. Very good service and fantastic food. We greatly enjoyed the entire dining experience.
Food was nice and of acceptable quality. Found 30% extra charges for non fresh prawns poor form.
Surprising a very good thai restaurant. Service and food were excellent. Would go back again.
I enjoyed the food and the ambience. The service was good and they catered for a vegan.
Good service, nice food, nothing incredible, quite a good place to go too!!!!
Decent price and a good meal.
Very bad service I will never go back to this restaurant
