They got the order wrong and tried to convince me that it was the right one while they all stood around grinning at me. Had to show them a picture of what cos lettuce looks like on the internet to prove my point. It seemed as though the manager had gone home and the store was being run by a bunch of kids. Had to go back in TWICE to have it rectified as they were more concerned with saving face than admitting they were wrong. This was a SUNDAY night at 6:30pm 2nd of July. The guy "in charge" lacked leadership and tried to palm me off to his subordinates. Luckily there was one single young woman who was mature enough not to stand there gawking at me that eventually sorted out the problem.
Have just brought 2 of the 3 piece meal packs from your restaurant and had to throw the potato and gravy out, it tasted as though it was burnt or something else had fallen into the mixture. I have tried to phone several times as I thought it would helpful in letting you know that you are selling this to the public, many other people I guess by know are complaing also. I hope the food was safe and that we will not experience any ill effects from it. Concerned but no longer a customer of your shop. PS: I have also notified KFC head office of my concerns and the lack of failure to respond to phone calls DO YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS?...
I went through the drive through tonight and ordered a family burger box and to my disappointment there was only 1 twister in bag and i didnt check it before driving off. I cant contact your store as the line is busy and its a decent drive back down there. Its not the first time you guys have forgotten to give us something meaning someone goes without. To top it off the chips were dry and the ends burnt, the potato and gravey looked at least 10 days old and the burgers were chewy and probably the worst ive ever had from you guys. Im very disappointed and would like a refund if you ever contact me or put the phone back on the hook
They messed up my order number. I was kept waiting for 30 minuites and then when i asked about it they handed me a box that was made and sat for 20 minutes and said they mixed up the numbers. They did not apologised for it or offered a remake. Serioualy get your acts together.
Avoid, understaffed and rushed. No concept of a line in store. Waited to be served for 5 minutes then the girl served someone who had just walked in the door. Myself and several others walked out and went to McDonalds next door.
Food and service very poor quality, orders wrong on 3 meals, cold unsalted chips, grave all of everything in the bag, pop corn chicken insted of a filet on a stacker burger and almost raw chicken strips on a wrap.
Very rarely a long wait but the food is of inconsistent quality, go just before peak periods for the cleanest store, quickest service, and freshest chicken.
Got my order wrong 3 times. Explained what they got wrong and they did the same thing every time got a refund and left....
Burgers were poorly perpared and service by the cashier was terrible. Manager was much better at customer service.
Food was no where near as good as a lot of other KFCs I have been to. The toilet was absolutely revolting.
Typical KFC, if you are going in during busy hours, expect to wait while they prioritise drive through.

Always a decent wait, but staff are normally friendly and accurate, and food is yummy :)
Restaurant section same as every other KFC, the bathroom was pretty clean
Half the time if not more the order is wrong and they leave things out.
Got one of the boxes and the chicken was so dry, not a nice taste
